The Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) is a branch of the British Army that is responsible for the movement of personnel and supplies to and from the battlefield. The cap badge worn by members of the RLC is designed to reflect the importance of logistics in military operations.

The cap badge features a wreath of laurel leaves, which represents victory, and oak leaves, which represent strength and steadfastness. In the centre of the wreath is a representation of a wagon wheel, which is a symbol of transportation and logistics. Above the wreath is a Queen's crown, and below it is a scroll with the words "WE SUSTAIN"
