Svartz lightweight, breathable and fast drying insole footbed is their most lightweight version they make weighing in at 78g per pair. With its unique design it allows air to circulate around the foot providing excellent and much needed ventilation during intense use

The Anatomix Lite has excellent weight distribution especially around the heel whilst running or engaging in high tempo activity, coupled with good ankle support and arch support. Making this foot bed especially effective during prolonged running and load bearing activities. 

Differing from the Svartz Anatomix Absorber, this lightweight variation lends itself best to hotter climates helping limiting the temperature to the feet with its built in ventilation makeup 

This is an orthopaedic insole engineered in such a way to offer incredible arch support to the foot (your bodies natural impact absorption) - especially to those with flat feet (over pronation), thus reducing the pressure on key areas of foot and ankle when in use

Whilst an orthopaedic insole helps correct the arch in the foot, it’s recommend to wear these in connection with a shoe/boot that also supports and encourages a better foot position to help distribute impact. Both these elements will help support the rest of the body and lessen the strain on key areas during exercise of prolonged use
