Tried & tested on assignments in Malaysia, Belize and North Queensland, Australia. The Altberg Microlite Jungle boot is not only functional, but is also extremely lightweight and comfortable- polyproplene midsole for underfoot protection & support, instep breather eyelets to aid moisture removal.
The Jungle Microlite is also a good lightweight shock absorbent "tabbing" boot for military training.

| Incredibly light boot- you will be amazed when you pick them up. If you love lots of ankle support, these may not be the boots for you. But if you want a super tough boot you can move fast in, these are awesome. |

| Just got back from Jamacia, using them in the jungle on exercise. Brand new out of the box, no rubbing, no hot spots no problem. An unbelievably light boot. Soles are a bit hard for extended time on tarmac though. |

| An outstanding pair of light weight boots. I wore mine on senior brecon (Brecon and Malawi) and could not fault them. Surprisingly hardwearing for such a light boot. |
