The high performance all season Softie Elite 4 sleeping bag has a host of features which means this is great buy for serious outdoor enthusiasts. Made by an established and reputable UK firm, the Elite 4 is one of the heavier weight sleeping bags in the Elite range designed for colder temperatures down to minus 15 Celsius (the Elite series is ranged from 1 to 5 with increasing weight/insulation thickness).

One of the stand-out benefits of the Elite bag is the optional expansion side panel – to enjoy more room, be comfortable or to regulate temperature, the side can be unzipped to extend the width using the innovative EPS (Expanda Panel System).

The Elite 4 also contains layers of the famous Snugpak Softie insulation, reinforced foot area (which means that even if footwear is kept on, damage will be prevented to the sleeping bag) and an inner Velcro pocket for valuables/personal items.

This product weighs just under 2kg and comes with a compression stuff sack for portability. It is fully machine washable. If you need a heavier sleeping bag for colder environments – you need the Elite 5 which is the most insulated sleeping bag in this great range.
