It depends on where you are and which delivery servie you choose.
Orders taken before 13:00 weekdays are processed that same time and normally take between 1-5 business days to arrive.
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-21 days at the moment.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We generally use both APC and Royal Mail (very occassionaly Hermes) for UK deliveries
With APC we use their Next Working Day service which covers most of the UK (note Northern Scotland is on a 2-3 working day service and Northern Ireland 1-2 working days), and with Royal Mail we use their 24 & 48 Hour Tracked Service which take between 1-5 working days to be delivered.

Yes, all items displayed live on the web site are in stock with us at our warehouse in Ripon.
To secure stock and you'd prefer to collect, then you are welcome to place your order online and choose to collect from us - We will then notify you when the goods are ready to collect with our Click and Collect service normally the same day after 1 hour

We receive daily deliveries from suppliers and are constantly trying to keep stock levels healthy
We do however run a live stock feed on our web site, retail shop and other shopping channels we sell on, so it is first come first served in that respect
