Der Mountain Waterproof Hat von Highlander hat auf seiner Außenseite eine wasserdichte Ab-Tex-Beschichtung, die den Kopf bei allen Aktivitäten trocken hält, sowie ein cleveres Microfleece-Futter auf der Innenseite, das den Kopf wohlig warm hält.
Das Außenmaterial dieses wasserdichten Hutes besteht aus 100 % Kunstfasern, einem robusten Nylon mit stark verschweißten Nähten, die das Eindringen von Wasser in den Hut verhindern – Wasser gleitet einfach von der Oberfläche ab und von der Haut weg.
Die relativ eng anliegende Passform ist in zwei Größen erhältlich: Medium für einen Kopfumfang von ca. 55–57 cm und Large für 58–60 cm; es gibt jedoch eine Klettverschluss-Anpassung auf der Rückseite des Hutes, um eine Lockerung oder Straffung zu ermöglichen.
Der vordere Schirm ermöglicht es Ihnen, den Hut wie eine Baseballkappe zu tragen, oder er kann zurückgeknöpft werden, um eine breitere Sicht zu ermöglichen. Abgerundet wird er durch fleecegefütterte Ohrenklappen, die ausgeklappt werden können – ein großartiges Ausrüstungsstück, das man dabei haben sollte, wenn man bei Wind, Regen, Schnee oder sogar beim Einkaufen unterwegs ist.

I really like and it does what it is made for however, the cap size is small. I bought a medium but it is still tight in my head. I have a smalll head and the sizing is not true to the spec mentioned.

I wear a cochlear implant and have to try and kept it dry as possible. I’ve struggled to find a hat that actually fits my head with the implant on and this hat is comfortable and should keep my implant dry while I’m out walking 👍 price was good and delivery was fast so thank you and I will be ordering again 👍
Utterly delighted with this - super lightweight, warm, completely waterproof. A game-changer! No longer have to try and wedge my waterproof hat on top of ear warmers on a cold day.

Very pleased with my purchase. Although I haven’t tested it in the rain, it has been keeping my head very warm.
Warm windproof waterproof. Comfortable, adjustable. Would highly recommend.
I was surprised how light this hat was compared with a Lowe Alpine mountain cap I have, although it's probably not quite as warm. However it is easily warm enough for most conditions and is very similar otherwise. The waterproof fabric isn't as heavy duty and not Goretex (obviously at the price) but seems fully wind and waterproof. My biggest grumble is the peak is a bit floppy and in high winds it flaps about, unless secured up, whereas the LA cap stays put whatever the weather. All that said though its a perfectly functional winter cap at a very reasonable price.

I didn't think at this price I could get a hat that simultaneously kept warm at three degrees, was perfectly rainproof and windproof. I was happily mistaken.
This hat is light and nice to wear but it is also waterproof. Really well made.
Excellent quality, warm, waterproof and the fit keeps the draughts out. At this price it's much better value than similar products from Lowe Alpine and Berghaus. Great service from John Bull.

I purchased two of these hats, one in each size. My wife has the medium and I have a large. We are out walking all the time and these hats have been in constant use. We both have many brands of hats but these Highlander hats are now our go to hats. Instantly comfortable, not too warm and not cold at all. An adjustable tab at the back keeps the hat as snug as you need. The peak isn't too long and can be snapped out of the way and there is some elastication on the back collar which keeps the hat snug. The ear flaps can be turned up; out of the way. The hat has been windproof and shower proof so far. The only thing that I could wish for on this hat would be a couple of eyelets or cloth loops on the ear flaps so that I could tie some cord onto the hat for wind security. Although I have been out in strong wind and the hat has been secure. It isn't a bulky hat either. For the price and design this little hat is brilliant.

I've had a couple of hats like this before but they either looked a bit odd on me or the ear flaps were ineffective. I love this hat, a bargain price for what it offers me. The ear flaps wrap around the ears - I'm not sure how - but they keep the wind out and my ears stsy warm. The peak is the perfect size, so when it's cold and wet it really helps, especially being water resistant. When it's cold and sunny it's great too, especially as my eyes are sensetive to bright light. I no longer have to alternate between peaked and wooly hats (or eear the two together).
