Designed by Keela Tactical specifically for women, the Keela Valkyrie Mk6 is no downsized men’s jacket. Its female-specific cut follows the natural body shape, improving comfort, mobility and protection for British Army women operating in demanding conditions.
Keela’s award-winning System Dual Protection uses two fabric layers to create an insulating air gap. This controls internal condensation, reduces heat loss and helps the wearer remain dry during tabbing, field exercises and other high-output activity. Fully waterproof, windproof and breathable, it is rated to -5°C without additional warm layers.
The genuine MultiCam outer from this Valkyrie Mk6 offers IRR performance with a reduced thermal signature. Four large bellow pockets, hand-warmer pockets, internal storage and a compass pocket keep essential kit organised. Covered pit zips release heat quickly, while reinforced articulated elbows accept optional protection.
A wired foldaway storm hood maintains vision and freedom of movement. Extra-large buttons, glove-friendly adjusters, soft cuffs and a two-way YKK zip remain practical in winter conditions.
For female soldiers, this is operational waterproof protection that fits properly, moves naturally and works beneath webbing or body armour. Built for exercises, ranges, patrols and thoroughly foul British weather
