Pegasus ist das geflügelte Fabelwesen der griechischen Mythologie, das von Bellerophon geflogen wird und hier mit einem Speer dargestellt ist, auf dem Weg, die Chimäre zu töten. Der Speer ist tatsächlich abnehmbar und ist so fotografiert, dass er auf Pegasus' Mähne sitzt und auf Bellerophons Hand balanciert.

This a very nicely made Pegasus with Bellerophon, the spear is separate, but can easily sit between thumb and the mane of Pegasus. Lovely high quality and will take its pride of place in a study, desk , office etc.
The packing is superb, big box lots of bubble wrap and inside is another box …..with Pegasus with Bellerophon again superbly wrapped…..a great service from the team at John Bull.
Get one while you can…..
Delivered promptly and safely packaged. A great statuette, unfortunately Bellerophon can’t hold the javelin correctly as there is no thumb on the right hand. I will use a small black band to hold this in position.
Other than that, it if a fantastic statuette.
