For extra protection this Windshirt Jacket can be worn over a non-cotton thermal, or a Mountain or Teclite shirt when the weather changes. This is useful for activities where little insulation is required but getting rid of internal moisture is essential

Great bit of kit for the summer.

Have used a Mountain Shirt and Active Lite for years, so thought I'd give the Windshirt a go. Great bit of kit for the warmer weather. Keeps the wind off, but has good ventilation options. Have used my Windshirt with the Buffalo Gillet, where the Gillet will easily fit in the pouch pocket when on the move and active. Added an unlined hood, which I'd recommend for additional protection. Will shed some light rain, but will wet out after a period of heavy downpour. Love Buffalo kit.

Superb product

First time I've owned a buffalo windshirt & was eager to try it out. Quick 4 mile yomp in the wind proved to me that it's a great bit of kit. I think the fleece lined one would be warmer- but cannot take anything away from this great product. The service was quick too; highly recommend.
