This popular 40 litre patrol pack from Highlander is a tough bag made from XTP fabric (600D polyester) and finished with a PVC waterproof coating to help keep the contents dry in the harshest environments
This Recon patrol pack is not only spacious but boasts two large internal compartments to assist compartmentalising your contents for easier access. There are interior pockets in addition to the two exterior pockets and multiple MOLLE attachment points on the front design
The reverse of the patrol pack features an Airmesh system which allows for better breathability and cushioned support for the longer hikes with the padded hip belt system. Coupled with compression straps and stabilisation straps it provides a more even weight distribution split again integral for longer journeys
Finally a unique feature of the pack is the integrated paracord zipper pulls that provide a useful 2 feet of cord in case of emergency use - simply pul out when required
