Description

When things go wrong, speed matters. No digging. No delay. The Luminae Pull Out IFAK Medical Pouch in Multicam is built around one principle, get life-saving kit into your hands, fast.

This is a proper grab-and-go medical setup. This Medical Pouch is mounted to your belt, plate carrier, or chest rig, it sits tight until it’s needed, then deploys instantly. Hit the red pull tab and the pouch opens in one clean motion, splitting the zips and exposing everything inside. One hand. Either side. No thinking required.

Inside, it’s all about organisation. Elastic loops, mesh compartments, and a rigid Tegris backer keep your kit exactly where it should be. Tourniquet, haemostatic dressings, pressure bandage, laid out, secure, and ready to grab under pressure. Fully customisable depending on your SOP.

The outer sleeve holds firm. Flexible enough for smooth extraction, reinforced to stop bounce when you’re moving hard. It stays put. Your med kit comes out clean.

Luminae IFAK Refill Kit (Optional)
Complete trauma kit with essential life-saving medical components, designed to fit the Pull Out IFAK.

Available with or without contents. Run it empty and build your own, or go complete with the Luminae refill kit—packed with industry-standard components designed to treat serious, life-threatening injuries in the field.

This isn’t admin kit. This is first response.
When it’s needed, it needs to work—fast, simple, and exactly where you expect it.

Used to mark tourniquet application time or other critical casualty information directly on equipment or the casualty.

Oropharyngeal Airway (OPA)
