Regulation pattern tactical recognition flash or TRF (trade recognition flash) designed to be worn by the members of the Solider Academy (formally Infantry Training Centre ITC)
This Solider Academy TRF patch/transfer can be ironed as there is a special backing applied to the back which upon extreme heat from an iron allows the material to become sticky. After cooling it hardens and remains firmly in place - This can also be sewn on to your garment too
Worn by the training team during Phase 1 training in the following training camps: AFC Harrogate, ITC Catterick (Soldier Academy of the North), ATC Pirbright(Soldier Academy of the South), ATR Winchester and ATC Grantham
